Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enablement Lead to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools such as MS Copilot, MS Loop, MS Planner, and SharePoint, enhancing digital productivity and collaboration. This role focuses on empowering employees with the tools and knowledge needed to optimize workflows, working closely with business teams, IT, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to design workflows for collaboration and task management.
- Define and track goals and KPIs to measure enablement impact.
- Create and promote enablement resources (guides, videos, etc.) and facilitate training events.
- Partner with IT and governance teams to enhance user experiences and manage disruptions.
- Build and support a network of enablement champions across the organization.
- Use workplace analytics to inform and improve initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (MS Loop, Planner, To Do, SharePoint, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in IT or change management.
- Proven ability to train users, define goals, and track KPIs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with workplace analytics and experience in financial management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
